Customer conversations are becoming increasingly less linear and predictable. They begin on a website, move to WhatsApp, social media, a mobile application, or a support portal, and often span multiple channels within a single interaction. Customers expect quick responses, continuity of context, and communication that remains natural despite increasing automation.
This is precisely the context in which the Zoho SalesIQ Summer ’26 Release arrives. This update is not simply about adding new features. Rather, it signals a shift in direction: from traditional chat management to conversations where AI, automation, system data, and customer context work together during the interaction itself.
The latest Zoho SalesIQ update expands several key areas: artificial intelligence, conversation routing, self-service capabilities, system integrations, WhatsApp, knowledge management, and team collaboration. Among the most important additions are Zia Agents, support for external AI providers, AI-assisted routing, webhook cards, dynamic FAQs, CRM-powered product carousels, native browser-based video calls, and integrations with Zoho Projects and Zoho Cliq.
The full rollout of the update is planned over the coming weeks, with some features being released gradually, including early access for selected use cases.
