1. Configuration of key modules
All core areas of Zoho CRM will be set up to match how your company operates.
Each module serves a different purpose.
Below is a clear and simple explanation:
Accounts
These are the companies you work with: customers, partners, or suppliers. They store data such as company name, tax ID, address, phone number.
Contacts
These are the people working at those companies, for example owners, buyers, managers. They store details like first and last name, job title, email address, phone number.
Leads
These are individuals or companies that have shown interest in your offer but are not yet customers. Leads are used to handle first contact, inquiries, and initial qualification.
Deals
These represent specific sales processes such as offers, negotiations, or projects. They show the current stage of each potential sale.
Sales Orders
This is where customer orders are created after a sale is finalized. It includes information about products, pricing, and commercial terms.
It connects the sales process with order fulfillment.

2. Populating the system with data
Based on the data prepared by your company (for example Excel or CSV files), we will import data into the CRM, including:
- companies (accounts),
- contact persons,
- customer inquiries,
- ongoing conversations or sales opportunities.

The system is ready to work with real data right away. Your team does not start with an empty CRM, saving time and avoiding errors caused by manual data entry.
3. Organizational structure: roles, permission profiles, and users
We will build a basic and secure access structure in the CRM:
Roles
Up to 2 roles reflecting your company structure, for example Sales Rep and Manager.
Permission profiles
Up to 2 profiles defining what information each user can view and edit.
Users
Adding up to 2 employees who will use the system.
Benefit:
Data order and security from day one. Each employee sees only what they should, and the system remains easy to manage and resistant to errors caused by accidental changes.
4. Automations. Blueprint and system rules
We will implement automations that organize processes and reduce the workload on your team.
Blueprint (1 process)
A Blueprint is a visual workflow that guides users step by step through the entire customer handling process.
With a Blueprint, you can define:

which steps must be completed,

which fields are required,

which transitions between stages are allowed,

which actions are required at each stage.
It helps standardize work, maintain data quality, and eliminate chaos in the sales process.
Automation rules (up to 10 no-code system rules)
These rules are created without programming and are fully configured directly in the CRM.
They can include:

sending notifications,

automatic field updates,

assigning tasks to users,

status changes,
-
data validation,
-
simple logic such as “if…, then…”.
Benefit:
The CRM takes over part of the work for your team. It enforces the process, reminds users about tasks, and reduces the risk of errors.
5. CRM training – 4 hours
After the configuration, we will run a practical training session during which your team will learn:
- how to navigate the system,
- how to search and filter data,
- how to add or update companies, contacts, and inquiries,
- how to manage and update sales opportunities,
- how to handle daily tasks in the CRM.
Benefit:
The team can work independently in the CRM and understands the basics of daily operations in the system.
6. Reporting workshops – 2 hours
During the workshops, participants will learn:
- how to create reports and charts,
- how to filter data,
- how to build dashboards,
- how to analyze sales progress and team performance.
Benefit:
Your company gains the ability to independently analyze data and monitor sales results.
