What do you get in the 10-day package?

1. Configuration of key modules

All core areas of Zoho CRM will be set up to match how your company operates.

Each module serves a different purpose.

 

Below is a clear and simple explanation:

Accounts

These are the companies you work with: customers, partners, or suppliers. They store data such as company name, tax ID, address, phone number.

Contacts

These are the people working at those companies, for example owners, buyers, managers. They store details like first and last name, job title, email address, phone number.

Leads

These are individuals or companies that have shown interest in your offer but are not yet customers. Leads are used to handle first contact, inquiries, and initial qualification.

Deals

These represent specific sales processes such as offers, negotiations, or projects. They show the current stage of each potential sale.

Sales Orders

This is where customer orders are created after a sale is finalized. It includes information about products, pricing, and commercial terms.

It connects the sales process with order fulfillment.

2. Populating the system with data

Based on the data prepared by your company (for example Excel or CSV files), we will import data into the CRM, including:

  • customer inquiries,
  • ongoing conversations or sales opportunities.

The system is ready to work with real data right away. Your team does not start with an empty CRM, saving time and avoiding errors caused by manual data entry.

3. Organizational structure: roles, permission profiles, and users

We will build a solid and secure access structure in the CRM:

Roles
Up to 5 roles reflecting your company structure, for example Sales Rep and Manager.

Permission profiles
Up to 5 profiles defining what information each user can view and edit.

Users
Adding up to 5 employees who will use the system.

Data order and security from day one. Each employee sees only what they should, and the system is easy to manage and resistant to errors caused by accidental changes.

4. Automations. Advanced processes and scripts

In this package, we implement both no-code automations and advanced Deluge scripts.

Blueprints (3 processes)
Three step-by-step processes that guide users through customer handling or sales stages.
Each Blueprint organizes one specific area, such as:

  • lead qualification,

  • the sales process,

  • the order process.

What are Blueprints for?
They standardize work, ensure data quality, and eliminate chaos.
Every user follows the same, consistent workflow.

Automation scripts for key processes

Account enrichment with GUS data
The script connects company records in the CRM with data from official GUS registers, such as industry, business status, and address.
It automatically enriches and keeps customer data up to date.

Lead to Deal conversion script with data transfer
Automatically converts leads into deals while transferring key information, including:

  • company details,

  • contact person,

  • inquiry description,

  • lead source.

This script removes manual steps and significantly reduces the risk of errors.

Script for creating a Sales Order from a Deal with data copying

This script allows you to generate a Sales Order from a won deal with a single click.

It transfers, among others:

  • products,
  • quantities,
  • prices,
  • company and contact details.

The CRM takes over repetitive tasks from your team. It saves time, minimizes errors, and streamlines the entire workflow.

5. Data archiving system in Zoho Analytics (up to 5 tables)

We will build a complete data archiving and reporting system for you.
A Zoho Analytics license and access to the required data are required.

As part of the archive, we:

  • design the table structure (up to 5 tables),

  • load data from Zoho CRM or files provided by the client.

The archive can include, for example:

  • historical sales data,

  • contact and account records,

  • order data,

  • lead and conversion data.

Benefit:
You gain the ability to analyze historical data, compare results, monitor trends, and build reports that are not possible in CRM alone. This creates a strong foundation for controlling, performance analysis, and scaling sales.

6. CRM training – 4 hours

During the training, the team will learn:

  • how to navigate the CRM,
  • how to search and filter data,
  • how to add and edit accounts, contacts, leads, and deals,
  • how to manage the sales process,
  • how to handle daily tasks in the CRM.

Benefit:

The team can work independently in the CRM and knows how to operate the system from day one.

7. Reporting workshops – 4 hours

The workshops cover:

  • creating reports and dashboards,
  • filtering data,
  • analyzing sales performance and team results,
  • working with historical data from Zoho Analytics.

The company can independently analyze results and make data-driven decisions, not decisions based on intuition.
